"It amazes me how my experiences vary depending on the location. The staff and management at the Upland store are inviting, friendly, and SO helpful. It’s like they take pride in their job and actually care about their customers experiences! The exact opposite of what we encountered at the Orange location where they all were sullen, morose, and even insolent. We joked that everyone must be hungover from the night before! I’m a size 10 on top and a size 8 on the bottom, but they told me they didn’t carry my “size” (ummm can you say public humiliation?) and wouldn’t accept our $15 loyalty rewards coupon for a full priced $265 pair of boots. The Upland store accepted 2 coupons and an extra 5$ off for a survey. I know where to take my business in the future!"

"I love this store. Although the Upland location is probably the smallest of the lot and feels a bit crammed, it’s staffed with the best personnel. The girls are always friendly and welcoming with bubbly personalities. I get help immediately, and I don’t feel condescended upon like I have from the Chino Hills store. Matt is a superb guy, incredibly knowledgeable. I have bought 3 pairs of boots from this store. I’ve been trying to find 11.5 D… Dan Post Milwaukee model. I wish Boot Barn would carry more 11.5 D boots. Gabriella went out of her way to locate the 11.5 D Milwaukee boot in their store system. She noticed that their store had one pair, and the two of us went hunting to find it. Once found, I made my 3rd boot purchase. Outside of the Upland store, the San Dimas store is equally a worthwhile and friendly place to shop. I’ve bought many cowboy hats here and San Dimas, too. The other staff are great, as well; I just don’t remember their names. Don’t bother with Chino Hills; I’d rather walk around in socks then buy boots there! The Dan Post Milwaukee is a fantastic boot at $200. The J toe is a slightly more pointed boot than the round toe. It’s highly illustrious and known for its immediate comfort. The high polished black is able to be dressed ‘Up’ or ‘Down’. Dan Post and Boot Barn Rock!!!"
