"Customer Service at this store is only good if you’re purchasing. Forget about it if you have a return or a rewards points issue. My app showed I had an $18 reward yet the cashier told me I only had $3. When I asked her about her reply was “I didn’t even know we had an app” her answer in other words I don’t know. Thankful we have a Tillys when we’re in a pinch for an outfit or gift but god forbid we have an issue."
