"Be good place to buy suit"
"Terrible experience. Ordered a suit on here due to good reviews ironically, but after 12 days ( when the fine print read 3-6) it still had not left the warehouse, i simply inquired via merchant services what the hold up was and when a realistic time of arrival may be. Given it was already double the estimated time and had yet to move, I felt justified in asking. The only positive here was how fast they responded, which was in less than 24 hours. However, rather than giving any kind of update. They said "Hello, We went ahead and processed a refund please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Thank You". So now I wont be receiving my items at all. Incredibly poor job on their part to just give an update and a new ETA. Instead their choice to refund and cancel just shows how little they care to lose a cuatomer or business. ** I can't knock the quality becuase a former purchase from them has held up nicely. But based on the customer service and shipping....i would go somewhere else if you are on a time crunch or value feedback"
