"It’s the IE experience. Disappointing. This is more like you going to target. I can’t see these clothes at a Nordstrom’s store. It’s like a time warp but you don’t know where you’re at. You could be in IE in year 3500. It’s very depressing too because you are entering hell and you won’t get any good deals. The brands they have suck."

"I went in the store on the day before Thanksgiving. I was looking for a particular pair of shoes for my daughter and could not find them. The employees were on it!….and eagerly took time out of their busy tasks to assist me. I had three awesome helpers, Jeanie, Kim, and Laurie all going up and down all of the shoe isles trying to help me find this one pair of shoes. They were friendly, they were helpful, and they were kind….and of course they did find the shoes! I so appreciate the customer service I received."
