"1st time here, didn't know you have to take a number. Even though customer service people noticed how long we were in the store with shoes in our hands patiently waiting, they called the next number and everyone looking at us to go forward with that number even another customer stated to them we are next,we stated we didn't know there was numbers. Well the kind customer service people told us to take a number an wait our turn. I just kind of think it rude to not serve whos next as we were next. It's our first time buying shoes here and for sure the last. My wife wanted a pair so of course ill purchase them.It's a younger generation working there and don't care to have any manners or respect, I know from my 60 plus yeas being alive the store like this won't last forever, but just putting it out there"

Despite being busy, they give ample time and education to each customer on what options might be a good fit and every one leaves the store happy. I picked up shoes here the other day and got to experience the difference in shoe types with my own feet and ended up with a much happier purchase than I could have expected from online research alone. Highly recommended for athletes, excellent customer experience every time I'm in store, will likely buy all my shoes here"
