"I came to Aldo in Brea for the first time in years. I have to say things have really gone downhill. There were some cute shoes there, but they didn't even have my size when I asked for it. The sales people were welcoming but were not able to attend to all of the people there. For instance, I was looking at some shoes that didn't have a price tag on them. When I asked the lady, she said "look on the back of the shoe". I made it a point to look at each and every shoe in front of her so she could see that the price was not on the back of those particular shoes. Needless to say I didn't buy anything there like I wanted. I don't think I will be coming back to this particular Aldo location until they train their staff to be more attentive to their customers especially when the customer asks for help."
