Morgan was not only helpful with shoe selection, but she also gave me great styling advice. She's young and competent and very, very good at her job. After answering all my questions, she took it upon herself to handle every other detail of my complicated transaction. Without my even having to ask, she called other stores to search for the pair I wanted. She swiftly handled an exchange with no questions asked, and went out of her way (on her own initiative) to make sure my new purchase included a coupon savings. She took care of every detail and her friendly smile never left her face. This is how shopping is supposed to be! She turned a chore into an easy and fun purchase. Thank you Morgan! Great job."
