"I went to that store on 5/16/2022 at 6:30pm to EXCHANGE a shirt there was a short fat Mexican girl at the Cash register. She asked me so many absurd questions like why the tag wasn't on the shirt so I said to her I can easily tie it back to the shirt if you like ! Then when I was purchasing the other shirt she's asking me if I washed the shirt so I said MAM, I would not wash the shirt and then tried to exchange it because I know your policy! So I had to pay extra for the shirt that I was exchanging it for that means I was still giving her a sale but yet still she treated me so bad! The first time I went to that store there were two guys on the floor one of them was black they were so accommodating. So I decided to go shopping there again but boy did I regret going there whiles that worker was on the floor! I will never go to that store again at least not when she's there!"

"First of all I just want to say Jess at this store rocks. I came in this store to do a Ivy Park return and was told I need to call customer service. After being on hold for a while, Jess asked if she could help me. I told her the issue and she sprung into action. Not only did she take care of my issue, she packed all my items into boxes, printed out the labels and even sealed/taped everything up for me. All while she had a line of people and was assisting another associate with another customers issue. She did all this in a timely manner and with such a positive upbeat attitude. She is what a valuable employee looks like. Give this woman a raise. Thank you Jess for all your help."
