"Famous Footwear is the best go to store for comfortable, well fitting footwear. This location is at Grossmont Shopping Centre, LA Mesa, CA, right off the fwy I-8. A good day for shoe shopping, i was looking for a new pair of running shoes and there it was! And a good deal - on sale. A salesrep was around the corner and approached me to assist in finding more sizes. Very personable, helpful, professional and it was a great feeling to know that they care about their customers. They have the proper covid safety and sanitation protocol in place with social distancing signs and screen protector at the cashier counter. Good job guys!!"
"The customer service here is awesome! I've been to this particular location twice (both times with my boyfriend, first to get running shoes for him and the latest time to get running shoes for me), and both times the clerk was friendly and attentive. Both clerks I encountered knew quite a lot about the shoe models we were looking at and gave us excellent comparative opinions to help my boyfriend and I find the shoes we needed. Both times, we left happy and satisfied with our purchases, which is a win for me."
