"I went here and multiple employees said hello to me while I was shopping. They were so pleasant and it was unexpectedly nice, I wish all stores were so friendly! It was also well stocked and clean. Oh, and they cheer your name on the microphone when you round up and donate to some charity at checkout and that was fun!"
"Tough on the no tag "gift" return. Of course that was with no receipt, and got the refund in store credit with i.d. ... great prices on name brand stock! Don't try and navigate clothing unless your a Medium or less."
"My wife and I and our two little girls entered Ross with little expectation of finding anything we needed and exited with a nice family room rug for a cheaper price than we had found anywhere else! Thanks, Ross! My only complaint is the amount of time it takes to check out. There always seems to be a long line and checkout process."
"I’m giving 3 stars because this is the most decent and organized Ross I’ve seen in a really long time. However, the customer service is horrible. I come here frequently and every time I need help the person on the floor says I’m not familiar with this department and struggles to direct to someone who can help me. All I see is a person at the fitting rooms, the cashiers, loss prevention, and people on the floor stocking or putting away items. I know Ross is a second hand department store but workers should be willing to help customers no matter what. The crowd is not too bad on the weekends more crowded than usual."
