"I had a great experience at Shoe Palace. My foster son and I came in yesterday in the evening to get shoes. He could not figure out what shoes to get. We were there for a bit. Each staff member came up to us with a patient and helpful spirit. I could not get him to choose shoes. He just couldn't decide and then Ana came to the rescue. She suggested he just try a pair on to figure out the size he needs and my kid agreed. And in time he chose shoes, pants, a t-shirt, sweatshirt and beanie. Sweet relief! Ana took the time to grab multiple choices, matching outfits and styles that my kid really liked. We left very happy but with a mess for the staff to clean up. But they were smiling and we didn't feel like a burden. Thank you Shoe Palace staff in Brea and especially a huge thank you to Ana!"
"Wasted my time driving there. The girl that sees me first says she cannot do a refill on my lashes and will charge me $15 to remove. I say no it’s okay. Then she proceeds to say ok I can do it as a refill and starts saying I had a volume. Blah blah. I ask her can she do my lashes yes or no and says no we do not have 18? 18 what? Waste of time. I wasted my gas for nothing."
