"I've been to this field several times and had great experiences. Today my cousin paid for all day air to fill his new 4500 psi tank. They have a 3000 and 4500 psi station, unfortunately the 4500 station only filled his tank to 3100 psi. The station attendant was nearby and my cousin let him know that it was not topping up his tank. The attendant responded, "I couldn't care less to switch the tanks." My cousin is young and didn't know how to react, he walked back over to us and let us know what happened. We accompanied him back over to the station and explained that we are leaving and would like to fill the tank, which is the service we paid for. He began arguing why we didn't need to fill the tank to the rated pressure, we listened but continued to ask for the service we paid for. We finally had to escalate the situation to his manager who stepped in and did what the attendant was unwilling to do. We won't be back. The attendant's name is Caleb, I recommend steering clear of him if you decide to visit this field, his attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable. This field just raised their prices as well, the air at Giant is free and it's $6 less a day. Save time, money and the headache at Giant."

"While asking to be given to be given a service I had paid for one of the staff member's gave me quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. First I was told he simply did not care and would not help me. Then I was told that he did not want to help. Lastly he laughed in my face. The experience was so bad I will never come back to Alpine to play Paintball/Airsoft."

"I went to get air filled payed 5 dollars to get my new 4500 psi tank to filled, it went to 4000 at the start which is normal. Later on I wanted to fill again before leaving, but it only went up to 3100. I went and asked what's wrong they said it doesn't go to that. Which contrasts what it did in the morning. So kaleb went to fill my tank again. And it didn't fill I asked him to change tanks and I quote "I couldn't care less to" and laughed at me"

"This is a place that is very welcoming for outdoor activities and kid play, they have picnic tables set up for a full day of activity, no food, just snacks are available, the prices are reasonable if you look for coupons or call ahead. We played four rounds on two "maps" with six kids, they each had about 500 rounds and it took three and a half hours which was perfect. It's a beautiful drive and I'm glad you guys are there!"
