"The only reason to visit here is to get a bottle of decent inexpensive wine. As typical, the cashier doesn't greet you, ask if you want a bag and say thank you upon completion of the transaction. I guess this is why we never purchase groceries here."

I can't entirely depend on Grocery Outlet for my grocery shopping. It is only a bargain hunting store for groceries. The items here are unstable. What you found today will gone by tomorrow or later on the same day! But the store always gives me some surprises whenever I'm there."

The produce is not always the freshest, but they do have an organic section and if you hit the right day it’s as good as any market around."
