A-1 Appliance

"I NEVER leave negative reviews for a company unless they truly deserve it. Long story short. I had scheduled an appointment today (2/21/24) for service on a refrigerator between 10am-noon. I waited patiently until 1:30pm due to the tech never showing up or calling to say that he was running behind. Finally, after making contact (I had to call), I asked if he could come by later in the day and he said he was too busy. So, does A-1 appliance bypass people with appointments by cancelling and not calling to let them know, just to catch up for the day? Everybody's time is important and not all of us have all day to wait for their 10 am appointment. Give yourself piece of mind and go with a company that's going to treat you like a valued customer. Sure, delays are expected, but curtesy calls and genuine respect for people's time is just as important."

Andrey was quick to diagnose the issue, had the parts needing replacement on hand, and had my washing machine up and running like new in no time for a fraction of what it would have cost for a new one. "I have used this company in the past and so today I called to get help with a disposal my step-dad installed. The man I spoke to was incredibly rude and flat out said, we don't help with disposals that are installed by someone else. Unless this company installs all disposals, that means if any other company or person installs a disposal they will not help you! They are an appliance company that will not help if you attempt to save money and install an appliance on your own. If that is their policy that would be fine, but the manner in which the customer service agent spoke to me was completely rude and condescending. I will never use them in the future."
