"Purchased a pre-owned laptop that reportedly had extremely little use - however, the laptop has performed well below expectations and has had a number of integrity issues (despite being a fairly expensive/high end laptop). Additionally, it didn’t come with a charger (despite being told that it was in the box). When I complained about this, they did give me a replacement charger, but it was old and fairly battered. I guess this review is specifically for those of you looking to get a deal on pre-owned inventory: I’ve purchased a few pre-owned laptops/desktops in my life, and haven’t had issues like this when ordering from Newegg."

"The workers were very nice, but they have pretty bad stock. Lots of empty shelves. I went here for a smart pen for my tablet but they did not have a single one other than apple and surface which can only be used with those respective products which I do not have."

"I ordered a part online and they had it ready for me to pick up within an hour. On New Year's Eve no less! I arrived at the store and walked to the pick up desk and someone was right there to help me. I didn't have to waste any time. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! I was super stoked. Until I got home and realized that I ordered the wrong part(Doh!)....but that was my fault. Anyways I wrote all this to say...awesome job Best Buy!"

"Been a total tech member for over a year. Bought Bose headphones last year that started having horrible static issues when paired with my tv (the main reason I got them). Brought them in to take advantage of my warranty through total tech only to be told that they charge a $50 fee (on top of the $200 annual fee) that they charge just for total tech members. If I had bought a warranty the normal way, there would not have been a charge. They don’t tell you about the fee before you try to use your benefits. Figures. I’ve been waiting over a month, checking the status of the repair through the app. Finally broke down and braved the horrible call service for the store, having to talk to three different associates because we kept getting disconnected. (They ask for a call-back number in case of disconnection, but they never call back if you’re actually disconnected). Turns out they’ve had the headphones for almost a month and never updated the status in their system. Lovely. They didn’t find anything wrong with the headphones. And it took 15 minutes of being on hold for them to finally set up an appointment to just pick up my broken headphones. I’ve been a happy total tech member up until this point. Never again. Rather just buy off Amazon now. What a joke. Update: they made the appointment for the wrong store. I will have to call back and talk to a fourth associate. Never again."
