"Drove over 15 minutes to this “24 hr” Location for over-the-counter medicine, was told by pharmacy that one person is working the main store, however; the store was closed. How is the store open with an employee, yet closed? Oh, and couldn’t buy the over-the-counter medicine I need from pharmacy."

"Walgreens is almost everywhere not too long ago. But they still have many stores after they closed a lot of stores in recent years. This one in Elk Grove/Laguna Creek is one of the oldest Walgreens in the Sacramento area. This is one of the very few 24 hours Walgreens in the Sacramento area. I am glad it is only a three minutes drive from my home. The store is nice and clean. Items selling at Walgreens are above the average price except those on promotion. But the promotional items are out of stock often! The pharmacy in this store always has a long waiting time. They have a lot of people waiting in front of the pharmacy counter most of the time. The checkout counter is slower than most of the stores. I have waited many times for more than 15 minutes with only 3-4 customers in front of me. The parking lot at this Walgreens is busy. I can't find a parking a few times. The drive-thru pharmacy window is overloaded many times. I can’t even get into the parking lot many times because the line at the pharmacy drive-thru is longer than their driveway and blocks the parking lot entrance!"

"This pharmacy has dropped the ball now twice on my anticoagulant injectable medication. They don't order your medication when you call it in. They don't call you for any updates on your medication. Phone hold times are 1.5-2 hours long. The techs don't record their notes/conversations from the calls. I called in a refill of my prescription in on a Saturday morning. I always call my prescriptions in about 5-7 days before I run out. I called for a status update on the following Thrusday at 11AM, spent 1.5 hours on hold. The tech, very hesitate told me that they do not have the full quantity but they do have a partial that would be ready later that day and that I would get a phone call. I let the tech know I needed the medication by tomorrow so a partial would be great. Never got a phone call later, ended up calling at 9PM for a status update again and waited 2 hours on hold, they said there was no medication ready to be picked up and no record of the conversation from the phone call earlier that day. Tech mentioned that they are over worked and under staffed, which should not be an excuse for them not to do their JOBS! Tech promised that my medication would be ready in the morning at 10AM. Showed up at 10AM, JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT IT WAS NOT IN STOCK AND WHO I TALKED TOO! Again no record of the phone conversation. Ended calling my other pharmacy for a transfer, which they had in stock. Don't send your prescriptions here unless you want the run around."

"The pharmacy services is horrible. I came at 11:30 to pick up my mom prescription. They told me it will haif an hour to get ready. Now I am in the line. I do not know how long it will take to stay in the line. This is my mom antibiotics for teeth. Most of the time I go to laguna & Franklin to pick up the prescription. There services is good."
