"Terrible experience with their repairs. Instead of sending someone out to determine what was wrong they made us wait for them to order parts. They said they would call after the part was delivered to schedule the repair...they did not. Mind you they refuse to schedule repairs until they have the parts. Then we had to wait another 4 days before someone was available to come do the repair. No surprise they did not have the correct parts so then we had to go through this whole process again. Meanwhile I have not been able to do laundry in weeks and keep having repair men track dirt through my house while I have to take off work to be at the house."
