"Technician was courteous and professional. My issue however is with the companies business practices. They told me I needed a new ice maker and proceeded to order a refurbished ice maker without asking me if I wanted a new one or a refurbished one. I ordered a new one myself directly from the manufacturer, now I have a refurbished ice maker sitting in my garage."
"Technician did not call or text me to let me know that he was on his way in the morning. I was on a walk with my cell phone on when he arrived. He did not have the needed part and had to come back in the late afternoon."
"The communication with Sears Home service was one of the worst experiences I have encountered. I will NEVER purchase a product that involves SEARS!! The service took too long and when the technician finally showed up with a trainee, my machine still didn't work. I contacted customer service and and I was on the phone for almost 1-1/2 hours being transferred from rep to rep and at the end, I was told that Sears could not help me. I want a refund for my service agreement. I had to go to another vendor and purchase a washing machine. I was without a washing machine for almost 3 weeks. I was going to the laundramat everyday and spending $16 per day because I have my mom living with us and I had to wash bedding everyday plus my family's laundry. I am so disappointed. I hope to hear from some at Sears Home with a response."
"A little confused about the service I recieved between Sears and LG. I do not understand why LG did not have me update the refridge with the ThinkQ app on the very first call. It's all very confusing and I'm hoping it does work. Waiting a couple of days to see if it does make ice."
"Rodolfo was a very nice technician and did a great fast job. As for in home sears service repair I will not use them again. I could never get to speak to a live person. All I ever got was a BOT. I kept getting texts & couldn't reply, so due to that fact, they kept canceling my repair. So use any other repair, UNLESS YOU GET TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON!!!"
