"I like this store so it was my first stop on my quest for a tuxedo. While I was browsing the suit a young lady approached us with a computer pad glued to her face. “Sorry we don’t have tuxedos” never looking away from the pad. No effort to switch me to a suit or to turn her attention away from the pad. My wife almost lost it so we left. Lousy effort, poor result."
