"The staff are really attentive and really try to get everything you need whether they have it or not. Besides getting a great fitted suit, I also needed shoes but it's extremely hard to find shoes for my small feet. The manager knew exactly what he had in stock, and suggested a great store that would accommodate my shoe size. He was also suggested a near by dry cleaners that would press out my new shirt on the spot. My luggage was lost so the help to get what needed in jiff was a life saver. I just suggested you going in knowing you're gonna be helped professionally. I noticed the clients that were in before us were a bit resistant to getting measured and just getting the full service. Let them help you."

"I showed up here at 11am and the worker (pictured here) named Jose told me I had to leave. The opened at 11am. He said that his co-worker was late and that he could not help us. His co-workers name was Ricky and Steven and he just kept saying that he would not help anyone until his co-workers showed up. Not even one of us. He then proceeded to tell me and about 5 other customers that we were not allowed to stay and he had to leave. We had to move our cars and we could not wait. First of all that makes no sense because this parking lot is for Men’s Warehouse customers and secondly he was chasing away business and being extremely rude to all of us. I have never received worse customer service in my life. Do not come here."
