"They have both original and lavender dr.bronners soap bar stickers on the shelf and when I asked Susan in checkout if she could possibly do a stock check for the original she just kept denying that they even sell them, I see them here often she just didn't wanna work. Lame ethic. Lavender sucks."

"The drop-off lane (2) has been closed for over a year, so you have to wait in same line, to drop off prescriptions for filling!! Seriously, plan on being her for an average of 30 minutes just to drop off a script from your vehicle. You'd think RiteAid corporate would want people utilizing lane 2 during a pandemic, rather than everyone using the same window for covid-19 nasal swab tests and prescriptions. Lastly, this one-lane "solution" causes traffic to back-up, from an incoming left-hand turn lane on a busy city street (unrelated to current situation, but it is a very busy area, a teenager was killed at the corresponding intersection in a motorist vs. pedestrian incident). UPDATED to add: my spouse has begun going to a different RiteAid in Santa Maria (no drive-up service) and we are very happy with the other pharmacy."
