"Grateful For Palace Arts. Usually get what i need. Sometimes, specific items are out of stock. Sadly supply chains are still bottled up from China where many basic supplies are made. Definitely appreciate the kind staff. It was pouring with rain, i had just dealt with a dead battery. It was two minutes before closing time and they let me get the item i needed. I was so grateful."

"Amazing art store! So glad they are still in business under new ownership! I’ve been coming here since 2007:) They used to have 2 locations. I moved away, but when I come up to visit family I stop by to buy some art supplies here! I highly recommend this place for office, art supplies, and crafts. I think the also do business with the local school districts to provide them paper and school supplies:) It’s definitely great to support a local business:) If you are a local in Santa Cruz, the greater Bay Area, or just a tourist this is the place to go:)"
