"I was driving by and needed to get the back of my phone repaired. Emmanuel greeted me upon walking in, and I explained that I needed a new back to my phone since my current one is cracked. Emmanuel explained that he would have to order the specific back color of my phone, and that it would take around 2-3 business days for it to come in. I explained that I was in a hurry, and he offered me a different color that they already had in stock. Since the color didn't matter to me, that option sounded perfect. Emmanuel began right away on the repair, and the entire encounter was concluded in under 30 minutes. Great customer service, and I'll be back should my phone get damaged again."
