"I wouldn't even rate them one star I went in at 7 PM on Sunday night in a ride around car yes I'm disabled and I went to 3 different departments And no one would help me they just ignored me and played on their phones. So I got so pissed so I wouldn't act a fool. I decided to leave and go to home depot. Where I was treated with the upmost respect And they were eager to help me right away I wouldn't suggest this place for Anybody their lack of customer service is disgusting."

"Extremely disappointed. Been a solid customer for over 15 years and 2 homes worth of appliances and home improvements. Today I went to return some light switches that were the wrong color, and a wrench I bought at the same time I couldn’t use. (Both with receipt and perfect packaging). I was told that because it was a few days past their 90 day return policy there was nothing they could do. Not even store credit which I was going to buy the correct color switches and some new window blinds. To be clear the employees were very professional and polite (why I shopped at Lowes and not the orange box) they said it was a corporate policy. Looks like I will be shopping elsewhere. Lowe’s has received my final dollar. Customer loyalty means nothing anymore."

"If I could rate this place a zero I would. My dad went to Lowe’s in JUNE to purchase a fridge. We waited around 3-5 days and once the fridge got here it did not fit our kitchen. We had to send it back and get another one. WHY IS LOWES STILL CHARGING MY DAD FOR A FRIDGE WE DONT EVEN HAVE. I went in person and got told that I had to call customer service. I’ve called 4-5 people asking for questions. Last person I spoke to was the supervisor. She gave me an email to show our receipts. No one responded. This place messed up my dads credit. I called again and some rude employee told me that our problem didn’t matter to their supervisor."

"Was looking for specific items on my Christmas list. There were two people who despite being on their way to do something else, stopped and helped me find what I was looking for. One helped place items onto the pile of things I was already carrying in a way so they wouldn't fall. The other looked on her handheld to see if they carried large gift sacks in store. Since they didn't, and I wasn't interested in buying online, she offered some places I could try shopping for them. Nice when people aren't just trying to push sales in their store only. She was just trying to help me find what I needed. This is why I like shopping here. They try and help their customers find what they are looking for- even when it's not at their store. True customer service!"

"Went in to buy a fridge, asked young kid in appliances what they had in stock. Nothing, we gots to order everything. Ok….? See a few clearance items, hey if I buy the clearance item I can take it? No, we gots to order it…? Ok… drive home, see they have 4 fridges in stock. Call, get appliances, give them item number. Yeah, we have 4. So why when I was there you had none? Like 20 minutes ago. Waste of time, lazy high school dropouts Edit: talked to manny, supposed store manager. Also could care less. Deal with a company that isn’t corporate America. Who appreciates their customers. Buy local"
