"Crazy would not do justice to this so called business. I tried to purchase a simple new phone provider service and spent too terrible hours being grilled about everything but the phone service. Then when I left the provider called me for another 45 minutes of questions. The phone did not even function after all of that. When I returned the next day to get the problem fixed they said it should work in three or four days. Or they could just refund the money I pre- paid Walmart for a cell service I did not receive as per my contract."

"One register open in the money center department. With big lines and it's the fifth of the month. The day rent is due.. This place needs to do better. Maybe new management to run this place. Dalton a manager who I spoke with is rude, and didn't seem to care.. This is crazy. I've been in line since 4:00pm finally leaving at 4:35pm Prepare yourself to be in line over 30 minutes lol"

"Everything is everywhere. I can't never find what I am looking for or their out of stock, and some times they do not restalk for weeks. Staff is too busy to open cases. I wait more than 30 minutes just to get an item. Most staff are rude. it's like they do not want to work. It is not safe after dark, and the security is not hardly in his vehicle or around when he's needed . Becateful when coming here at this location."

"I, my one year old and 5 year old (African American) was harassed and racially profiled (by your older Asian employee Anihiam) at your SuperWalmart in Stockton, Ca (11/18/2023 around 18:30). Your employee screamed at us, called us black as if we don't know that we are black, called security on my kids for looking at toys, I had to ask an employee to get a manager. GIANT crowds of customers watched as your employee continued to yell at me in front of managers!!!! 7 managers instructed her to leave and she refused and continue to yell at me and my kids! She yelled at us in front of the whole store and said we are DRAMA! She was stealing company time on her phone scrolling on Facebook! My baby was terrified he didn't want to get down or look at anymore. My five year old kept asking was we in trouble and was scared to look at more toys. I will be contacting a lawyer and will be going to the news this is the holidays kids wants toys she should not be working with KIDS AT ALL! This is not right I managers had to stand in between us because she became highly aggressive and I shouldn't have to be in fear when we are shopping to spend money with YOU! I am appalled! I wish I could give a negative rating this is disgusting!"
