"Horrible service. No one picks up the phone, I go inside the store and the person I need to speak with is never there. I will just go elsewhere. Well I called the number and apparently all your 800 number can do is document the complaint. If there is an issue with the store it needs to be resolved with the store. Funny thing is, the store referred me to customer service. So yet again Horrible experience. So I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company is ridiculous. They take no ownership of customer issues! The manager at the Hammer Lane store Mike shouldn't even be a manager he has no idea who his district Manager is. He said he didn't know and to call customer service"
"Went to Lowe’s on Hammer Lane in Stockton CA and was very appreciative of a staff named George from the from the tools section. George went above and beyond to find and get us the item my daughter wanted. He stayed in constant communication. I frequently shop in hardware store and today was the first time an employee put this much effort in trying to help a customer. All stores need a George that does his job and has great customer service. Thank you George your one of a kind"
"I requested help four times and waited for 20 minutes. No one came and when they finally did, they didn’t know any more than me. Home Depot has better service and more inventory."
