"My wife and I were looking to upgrade our truck. We went in last Saturday to test drove a Chevy 1500. Pablo came out to greet us and see how he could help us, very friendly and was not pushy at all. I test drive the truck, asked some question and said we would be back. Stopped in on Wednesday (when Pablo was working) and decided to make the deal happen. Talk about having a salesman on your side with trying to get everything to line up properly. Pablo made the whole process painless and easy. Very transparent with every step, answered all of our questions, and went to bat for us with his managers (nothing bad just making things smoother for us the customer).
