"I decided to buy local instead of going to a big box. Worst experience I've ever had when my 6 month old dishwasher failed completely. The whole experience went on for nearly a year, at one point Pearsons received a credit for the failed dishwasher from the manufacturer, but refused to give me a refund. I had to take it to the manufacturers headquarters to get my money back. Staff there (who no longer works there) was rude, sent me a long, crazy email full of lies! I will NEVER deal with them again. I sure miss Harbisons!"

"Yet another great experience at Pearson's today. I have a habit of always shopping the big box stores and yet my last 5 appliance purchases have been at Pearson's. They always have what I need, in stock, and at a better price than the big orange box store. Keep your money local, get a great deal, and experience small town customer service. Win... Win... Win!"

"Pearson's Appliance is a good place for customer service. We bought a Whirlpool Microwave here and the representative was very knowledgeable about all the appliances. He showed us how to step up to a nicer microwave at a lower price, (the next model up was on a sale that we didn't know about). Very competitive pricing with Home Depot and Lowe's.... we checked. This is a family owned store that truly supports it's customers. We couldn't be happier with our new appliance, and Pearson's personal customer service."
