"Unfortunately I thought I found a good place to take my Mercedes but it’s proven to be not the place I want to go. I feel taken advantage of and ripped off. Prices way too high and I would have had my car towed somewhere else but wasn’t able to. This last time will be the last time of course never was it under warranty although always the same system problem :("

"I would recommend this shop, especially if you like the first class treatment. They are friendly and welcome your business. I had to get my truck serviced there while in a bad situation after a wheel broke off on the freeway, and I was towed to their location. They seemed to fast track my repair and had it done within 2 business days, even though I didn't have an appointment. They are very thorough and high tech with their inspections and diagnostic pictures they send to the customer via text. Loaner cars are available if you give them advance notice. They appear to be family owned and the comfortable waiting room will give you the feel you're visiting your banker instead of the mechanic. The primary downside is they do seem to charge a premium. My mechanic in Santa Ana quoted about $2900 for the work, after reviewing what was done, for which I paid about $3900. however, the service experience was quite different at Import Auto from any I've had in recent memory."
