"The cashier overcharged me the first time with the $3 for two pizzas and a Coca Cola. Instead it was $6.53 and when I called corporate they said they will reach out to the manager which will reach out to me. Nothing happened and nothing was resolved. Went back in today for lunch and the same cashier said it’s only Coca Cola and not Coca Cola Vanilla and they are losing money by selling that with the deal. I asked it’s not any Coca Cola? He got mad and raised his voice so I walked away and he was like “No no come back, I do this one time only okay!” I will not be visiting any 7/11 ever again and will drive miles out of my way to another store and pay double from now on instead of shop at 7/11 again."
"Usually new places are pretty good on keeping up but this place is always declining credit cards and debit cards and will only take cash this is a fourth time that I've been here and they've done that and I cannot eat because of this you guys are very unprofessional and unorganized you guys need to get it together"
"This is very clean 7-Eleven. Recently built. And despite not exactly knowing how to enter my Powerball numbers, the gas was unreasonably high in comparison to the area. Otherwise I thought the service was good and friendly which is sometimes a rarity in 7-Eleven experience."
"Attention owner of this store. Your managers are worthless. Your store has become a running joke for months now regarding the amount of times we are overcharged for items. The same items over and over again. I’ve seen a cashier in this store that could not figure out 50% of $5 with a calculator. The Asian lady manager now just makes excuses for every over charge and is in complete denial. It is obvious that the managers of this store are completely incapable of charging the prices that are posted. Never seen seen this in any 7 eleven in my life. Most customers must be too ignorant to even look at what they are swiping their cards for. This store is a complete management dumpster fire. Consumers beware."
