"Called to see if. My favorite meal was on the menu was told over the phone that it was. Drove in and was told it was not available. Asked for something different and was told it was available. Only to have the owner refuse to serve it because it’s on the diner menu. I would accept his answer. But I have been eating here since it opened. Dinner for breakfast never a problem. I tip well and was a loyal customer. But this episode has left me feeling that the owner doesn’t appreciate the business. Won’t be eating here anymore."

"We had a good experience. There was no line or wait on a Saturday morning, which was surprising. It's in a shopping center so the parking was easy to find. The servers were attentive, and I appreciated that they came by multiple times to refill my coffee and check on me. We had a party of 4 and ordered crunchy french toast, omelet plate, biscuits and gravy, and croque madame. The food was decent, typical brunch Cafe with lots of options. Definitely will come back again with the girls and bring cash. I believe they do charge a 4% for using credit card."

"The first time, I gave a 9.75 to a restaurant. i loved this place friendly to diners, and food was delicious, and Latte Eu Caramel was almost perfect. Plus, Jennifer, the waitress, was very helpful. i recommend this small business that should be bigger. It is kind of pricey but is worth every penny."

"Every employee was smiling and genuinely cheerful. The service was great, with many servers making sure we had everything we needed. The food lacked flavor and was not prepared well. The toast was barely toasted and pale. The sausage is the same frozen kind I buy at the grocery store. There really is not anything French about this cafe. The decor is lacking and very cheap and dated. Great employees, but I would not return."

"The French Skillet Cafe is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast for dinner! We came in around 7pm on a Friday and were able to sit down right away. We had a variety of delicious dishes, including stuffed french toast, crepes, and an all American breakfast. The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the presentation was beautiful. The service was also top notch, with our waitress being attentive and accommodating. The stuffed french toast was something special - the combination of freshly-made bread, filling and whipped butter created a truly unique dish that left us wanting more. The crepes were light and fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness from the filling. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed their french toast - it was cooked to perfection with just the right level of crunchiness! For dessert, we had crème brûlée which was absolutely amazing - creamy custard topped with caramelized sugar and served with fresh fruit. We will definitely be returning to this cafe for further visits in the future! Overall, our experience at The French Skillet Cafe was superb and we highly recommend it as a great place to go for breakfast or brunch especially at dinner time. Everything here is excellent - from the quality of the ingredients to the skillful preparation of each dish."
