"Not my first bad experience with order delays, but this was the most frustrating. Order pickup time for 2 items was 5:42pm. Arrived at 5:45 and the pepperoni rolls were done, but they hadn’t started the pizza yet. Was told it would be 10 minutes…3 different times. At 6:21pm, I finally asked for a refund because the pizza was not ready and the rolls had been sitting out for 40 minutes. They refunded the wrong order, which I pointed out and then they voided mine. No apologies, no empathy on the errors or on the mismanaged prep time. Again, not the first time they’ve been late with orders, but this was just too much. This has happened at least 3-4 other times with this shop. Mediocre expensive pizza isn’t worth it, I’d recommend finding a different local pizza shop."
"Never had a pizza this bad. Ever. And the cookies? Cmon. Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures of the entire disaster. Order was over $100."
"Wanted to try this place for a late lunch. Walked in to very loud music, yet a friendly guy behind the counter. Ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza and a bottle of water, the soda fountain wasn’t working. The pizza could of had more pepperoni, but overall the pizza had a flavorful taste that I thoroughly enjoyed it! I do plan on coming back to this place. Worth a visit"
"Congratulations to Isaiah for being promoted to General Manager. It couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. He has always been a hard worker, pays great attention to detail and loves his job and his customers. The pizza is made with consistency, fresh toppings and is always awesome. The salads are creative and delicious. Try the "Oh Baby" salad, you won't regret it. The garlic knots are to die for. Love the meatballs and the broccolini. Support local, support Flippin Pizza.
