"Great store but they didn't have five of the DVDs I was looking for and when I did find one that I really wanted, I went to check out and their card machine was down so it was cash only and they wouldn't bargain with me for it and it was only $3. I had $2.50 cash. If brick-and-mortar stores like this wonder why they're going out of business, that's why. Obviously I can get all five of those DVDs I was looking for online but I wanted to go and support a local business. And I really can't support them if they won't sell me something because they can't accept my form of payment. Otherwise the customer service in the store was good and the background music was excellent. Good selection of merchandise for the most part."
