"I called the Carlsbad location and told them I needed a shower fixture. They said to come in and I went to the Carlsbad location but when I got there the guy wanted me to come up with a party number which I didn’t have, of course. He told me he couldn’t help me and I had to drive to vista to view. I told him the brand and type I wanted and asked if he could order and just show me a picture to confirm. He was extremely rude. Said no. Said they were closing soon. I’m shocked. My contractor recommended them. I’m sure one fixture isn’t that important but can’t believe how rude they were There were three guys hanging out talking, no customers and no one would help me after I called and one of them told me to come in. Unless you’re a contractor, I don’t recommend"

"Went in today to get parts for my bathroom faucets . Took old parts to make it easy. Got there about 4:30pm the girls that were working told me to email an address and come back tomorrow because they were closing soon. I only needed 3 parts what happened to the days when you had customer service. I could have gotten this in 10 minutes they had 30 minutes but was not interested in helping me."
