"I visited this store several times while vacationing in Carlsbad. The store is well stocked. The Starbucks leader Avis was rude not only once but at all 3 visits over the weekend. This is NOT a good look. Suggestion: be kind. Be considerate. BE PROFESSIONAL! Greet your customers with a "welcome to Starbucks" not, what do you want! On average, the American spends 12 to 15 dollars per order at Starbucks which on average is 30 minutes of hard labor to make that money and to have a Starbucks Leader be rude 3 times, unacceptable! Avis, I suggest some empathetic communication skills training. You would leave a much better impression. Ralph's, do better."

"I have dealt with almost the opposite behavior from this store's employees who tend to harass customers and provide pathetic excuses for their behavior. They can definitely be very disrespectful. Some of the worst are actually one of the managers who was caught lying. I know it is difficult to find decent people these days to fill these positions."

"This Ralph's looks like an older store when you're inside. The Ralph's I usually go to in Oceanside is more open inside and brighter (seeming more welcoming) than this one. I went to this one pretty much because it was on the way. The lines were a bit longer in this one. Didn't really interact with the staff. They do have an USAA ATM inside, which is great for those with USAA. Also, it's got a sort of turn table at the self checkout, which I love."

"The Employees were horrible!!! I bought a Lyft Card late on Thursday Night because I didn't want to drink and drive. When I tried to redeem it, it wouldn't work. I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. I went back to the store and asked the manager to help me get the receipt and he rudely got my number and said he would call me later. He was so dismissive that I had to end up buying a Uber card. He wasn't busy and he literally ignored me. I swear people don't think your going to do anything about the way they get treated but hopefully this review will let higher management get involved. I threw away my Lyft Card and found the receipt so what do I do now???"

"Nice wine selection, and the wine sales associate will help you select something good for a good price. Good selection of organic produce. We're vegan so we were happy to see lots of nice vegetables and fruit, as well as some variety of tofu and other vegan packaged products."
