"I’m so freaking disgusted, went to shop there today and the cart the I was using I was so dirty, didn’t realize how filthy dirty it was until like 20min into shopping I saw two tiny dead roach on the corner. The bottom part was also completely filthy. I had my son on the baby seat portion and once I saw the dead roach I immideately took him out, and rushed to wash his hands. I did talk to the manager and all she said “I’m sorry”. I really believe this was a “recovered” cart. So filthy nasty."
"Instruct your employees the moment a customer asks for something to drop everything and help them find the item. That's how you make sales. I was just at your store wondering for 15 minutes looking for the wallet section. Asked three employees and it felt many were unwilling to help. First person was great but unfortunately his directions weren't sound. Finally Miche'le left her spot to look for the only to find there isn't any. Same thing happens in Walmart. Same thing happens in Home Depot. Same thing is happening in Target where employees are unwilling to ho out of their way to help. It only takes 2 seconds to help the item. But apparently you guys are not willing to do that. Good! Now I will shop online. Employees don't give a &*** nowadays. Contemporary customer service in America is far cry from the ones used to be in the 80s and 90s. -God"
"My recent visit to the Target store in Cypress, California was overall a very rewarding experience. The store showcased a perfect balance of a well-maintained team and a rich inventory, underscoring their dedication to customer service. I was surprised to see so many carts lose in the lot, given the store had been open for an hour when I arrived. I assume they are short staffed. Like most Targets, The store was designed with shoppers in mind, making it easy to locate items. I found myself strolling through more aisles than initially planned due to the tidy arrangement and variety of products on offer. Although during my visit I wasn't directly approached by any staff members, I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere this created. The staff didn't seem intrusive, yet were readily available and eager to assist when approached. In conclusion, the Cypress Target provides an outstanding shopping experience by blending an extensive selection of products with a comfortable and stress-free environment. This store embodies the renowned standards of the Target brand and encourages shoppers to fill their carts to the brim. I'm looking forward to many more trips to this store for my shopping needs."
"I have been extremely disappointed in the seasonal area of this location. It is always a mess in the early mornings when they open. There are stock carts everywhere preventing shoppers from accessing that area. There is no getting around them."
