Thank you Fern!! Update Replacement had a damaged leg! That sucks but Hilary assisted me right away and is sending me a unit with extra packaging. Hopefully this one is in good condition. "I love the Newair ice makers! The ice is perfect and I always have an unlimited supply of ice to meet all my needs. Unfortunately, I experienced a problem with my unit and it stopped working. As this was a gift, I did not have a receipt to request a refund or exchange. I reached out to customer service and was very pleased with their reply and response. They resolved my issue to my complete satisfaction. Each of the customer service representatives that I dealt with were prompt in their replies, polite and highly professional. Even though I was initially disappointed due to the dysfunction of my unit, I would definitely choose a Newair product again because the company stands behind their products and worked with me to ensure a fair and satisfactory resolution to my problem.
