"Issue with: Jeanette Super rude. Wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted and she was laughing and chuckling at me when I asked for advice on placement and ideas. Very unpleased. Feel deeply disrespected by my experience. Made me feel dumb for wanting to add patches after i graduated. She asked me very rudely why I didn’t do this in hs and i responded because at the time me and my single mother were poor. Very unprofessional and won’t use service again. She said are you sure you want all these patches, because it’s expensive. When she told me the total She said are your parents paying? Implying i myself a 23 year old man can’t pay for my own stuff. Then when I gave her the money part in cash she said oh you must’ve save your money. No i make 100k a year and can drop money when needed. The disrespect is disgusting She needs to be fired"

"Great service, great turn around. I got the jacket within 2.5 months. I placed my order at the end of September and picked it up 2weeks into December. They asked for 50% of the cost of the jacket upfront then the remainder balance when it was picked up. They do give you an option to make small amount of payments so it helps alleviate the remainder of the balance."

"Showed up and spent the next 3 hours one on one going over every detail due to our school not being in there database. We had to build the school jacket from scratch. My daughter had a great experience going over all the options and combinations making her jacket just right. She is excited to getting it in 3 weeks. Great experience, outstanding customer service. Jacket was pricey but well worth it. Class of 2019."
