There was this one guy name Diondre who was extremely helpful answering all the questions my husband and I had and trust there was a lot of questions and not once did he get bothered nor answered back w an attitude like other Home Depot I have gone to."

"I love this store except the paint department. There's a guy that works the counter that knows absolutely nothing. One time he was pretending to help me and just walked away and started helping other customers, never came back. He knows nothing about paint and his favorite answer is "Yeah, I don't know". If it weren't for this department I'd give 5 stars."

"I think I might have ruined Tammy in customer service's day. I purchased a tree and have once exchanged it because it died I know the home Depot policy . Ironically the same person that exchanged it for me was the person that I encountered today. This review is a bad one because she lied to my face and told me that I had never purchased a tree there even though I have my debit card proving it. She searched the system and then pretended that she didn't find the purchase and lied to my face. When I asked to see the receipts myself lo and behold there was the purchase of the tree Juan a very nice manager honored my exchange and I very much appreciate it. Tammy was extremely bothered by the fact that one honored my exchange. And I will now travel to a different location because of the judgment that I received and the treatment that I received from Tammy. I will travel to the one on brookhurst. Tammy seem very pressed that she did not want me to have a refund or store credit or anything not that it would change her bottom line she just seems bothered that one helped me kudos to Juan for being an awesome manager."
