"This is the location to go for your cell phone repairs! I had a small screen crack issue and needed to get it repaired before an international trip. Made an appointment for the next day, and dropped it off at 10:15am. The amazing gentleman working there communicated with me any issues he was having (OS, Lock Screen, etc.) and got back to me in 1 hour saying everything was fixed and I could come pick my phone back up. ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR PHONE BEFORE A REPAIR OR SERVICE! I did have to have my phone reset during this service due to an update that had been pushed the night before. It was not a problem for me due to a most recent back up…but make sure yours is backed up in case something like this happens for your phone. He also walked me through what I would need to do once I got home to easily get everything back on my phone! Thank you again for the exceptional service"
"I had a previous 5 star review for this place....which I did not write. PLEASE READ.....I dropped my phone off for a screen repair. Tech told me it would be about 90 minutes. I had errands to run so my mistake was I asked the tech if I can just get it in the morning. Since they closed in 90 minutes. Next morning I go. All seems good. Months later I get a notification from Google saying my review is top rated. I check and this MFer wrote a review and took pictures to boost his store. Invasion of privacy. Morally wrong. So here's my true review...1/10 for not being a honest person. Also, the other reviews have the same picture. Showing the reviews are probably from friends and family"
