"WOW!!! Elad to the rescue!! Woke up early Sunday morning to prep for big luncheon and discovered my Samsung dishwasher spray arm detached itself. Looked it all up but could not repair it myself. Called Elad and he came within the hour!! Elad was most courteous and pleasant...great personality!! The fix was simple and completed within 5 minutes. He showed us what to do in case this should reoccur. Charged us only the minimal amount...and this an was early Sunday morning service! Elad is now our guy for any and all future appliance repairs; and if you have Samsung like we do, this is who will fix it properly!!"

"Check it out later I’ll let you know how it goes, We’ll as I said I would give Pch appliance repair a chance to fix this, but they did not. They are a scam. They charged over $630 to fix our oven and half the “fix” failed within weeks. They didn’t even repair half the things they charged us for. After we made a warranty claim, they said they would give us a partial refund of $150- but that was another lie. The one person working at PCH APPLIANCE now won’t answer my calls or return my calls. We were lied to over and over by this guy. THIS IS A one scam band , Pch appliance is a single person that pays for the name from the main business for which I have not been able to find a contact number or address."
