Dave & Buster's Concord - USA

"Attended a party here with a party room. It's super crowded and tough to find parking lot in the same plaza. The party itself was fine but it was hard to flag down assistance and they didn't seem to make rounds on the room often enough to take drink orders so folks went to the bar instead. The party came with food like sliders, wings, drinks etc. Drinks were sodas and water available at a table with 2 bowls of ice. Food was all served in warming trays. Wings and fries were great. Pizza was flat and burnt looking in tiny slices. Sliders were mostly bread with small pieces of hamburger and cheese. Overall it was okay. Nothing to write home about."

"My daughter and I went for some quick mid day fun and to grab a bite, but we never got to eat. I gave the food and service a 1 start because we waited 15 minutes and no server came to our table. I then went up to the bar area and asked if we should place our order there? The lady said that the servers were making their rounds. After sitting there for an additional 15 minutes, still no server came around. The place was by no means busy. I would hate to see what it's like on a weekend. We decided to play a few more games and eat elsewhere. As far as atmosphere, everything was clean. However, I'm giving a 4 star due to several of the games malfunctioning."

"Everything you could ask for in an arcade, plus good food! Our service this time was pretty lousy but I still enjoyed myself. The chocolate &caramel churros were delicious. The kids enjoyed the nachos and wings. Overall, I’d go again to watch the game on their many TV’s!!"

"I met up with some of my friends and we had a ladies night out at this location. It’s very nice and very clean. The bathrooms are super clean and that is a major plus because many of the other locations that I have visited have always had filthy bathrooms. Of course, for a busy Saturday, service was pretty slow, but I know the server did the best that he could and we appreciate it. This is a pretty good size location and we had a really great time. There were a few games that were out of order but for the most part I would say 98% of the games were functioning. Now when it comes to the prizes, they didn’t have a very good selection. Maybe it’s the time of year, I don’t know, but it was pretty disappointing. Maybe on the next visit in the future, they will have better prizes to select from. All in all, we definitely plan to return because we had a great time."

"Celebrated my grandson's 11th birthday here. The area is spacious and clean. Humongous arcade with lots and lots of video games for children and adults alike. The food servings were huge and tasty. The shrimp scampi flatbread and Truffle fries were delicious. I had the Chimichurri with shrimps and the shrimps were so tender! A fun place to be."
