"I order pizza online. An hour passed and no pizza had been delivered. I called and they said would make new fresh pizzas and would have them delivered asap. Another passed by and still no pizza. I called back and canceled the order. Time to find a new pizza place to order from."
"Called multiple times and they just hung up, called multiple times and got hung up on every time. Called the call center and had them transfer me and still heard the dial tone, a click, and then got the disconnected dial tone every single time. they are not paying attention to the phone at least not when I was calling. [Edited from 1 star to 5 stars as there was an issue, tech had an issue and they resolved it. Have ordered repeatedly since and never had any issues and will continue ordering from them]"
