"They were busy bit was never asked how the food is. And never got a refill on my drink. Pizza was good but I think the bottom was a little over cooked evident by crunch blackness. Update: 11/24/23 at first I rated a 3.0 but I Update the rating as they have seemed to raise their level of customer service and food quality. This was the best pizza I have had in a long time. Great waitresses and even the manager came around asking how everything was going. Great job keep up the great improvements!"

"Tessa the waitress was awesome! The other waitress served us salad and asked if we needed forks. Felt a little insulted, cause doesnt every one eat salad with forks. Food was great! Never disappointed at the Concord location."
"My first time going here. I came here with a few friends who've been here before. Awesome food! Awesome flavors in the pizzas and we also got the garlic bread which was excellent as well. Great service and a stellar atmosphere! I'll be back! Highly recommended!"
