"I want to say that the Nicole who works in returns. Is one of the best, she went out of her way to help me. I was dealing with the girl before her and she was being completely rude. Didn’t want to help me whatsoever, and Nicole came walking up, took over. And really really helped me. She went out of her way. I think with employees like Nicole you guys would have five stars. Also, Alma who works on Isles went out of her way to help me too More than out of her way actually !,and I appreciate her. There was a bag I was looking for and it was up on the very very top shelf, hidden down in aisle. She found it through the computer and went and got the lift and got up there and got it for me and was so happy to do it. She’s really cute also!!"

"Just waited an hour in the parking lot for a forklift driver to load some gravel (that I had just paid for). Nobody shows up. Go inside several times, finally find out that no forklift drivers are there that day. Amazing scheduling, management! Awesome way to spend an hour of my Saturday afternoon, thanks guys!"

"Lowe's super clean, very well organized and situated! Every time I go in there they always have what I need at the best prices. It's never overpacked with people. Much better than Home Depot in my opinion where you can shop in peace, not with a thousand of people around you 24/7"

"Walked in to buy some basic plumbing supplies and price some kitchen counters. The plumbing I needed: 1/2” through fitting valve. 1/2” ID black tubing. Zero of these were available. Next I went to look at kitchen counter options. The price sheet for solid surfaces was missing. There was no one there who had info. Three desks for people to assist you, zero people."

"I don’t write a lot of reviews, but my experience at this Lowe’s earned one. I enjoy woodworking and making things, though I am definitely an amateur. I prepaid for my order to pickup since I had a knee injury and couldn’t walk around the store. However, I needed a piece of 4’x4’ cut to certain dimensions. The guy at the pickup counter was very helpful, and then went out to get me a flatbed cart for my wood to go get it cut. I made my way over to the cutting station, and was intercepted by a Lowe’s employee who offered me a place to sit while he called for someone to operate the saw, and even provided me a bottle of water. The guy who came to grab my wood took a minute to look over my dimensions and accurately cut down my pieces so I could finish my project. I only needed straight cuts, but he was confident in being able to get me multiple cuts at specific inches. I wish I could’ve gotten their names, because this experience was exactly what I had hoped for. I had a Very different experience at a competing home improvement store, so I was very relieved and impressed at the quality of care I received at Lowe’s. The competitor may be closer as far as driving distance, but I will now go out of my way to Lowe’s anytime I need hardware and home improvement supplies."
