"We bought a Viking fridge last week and were very excited. Unfortunately, when it was delivered, the fridge had scratches and also would not close because of a factory damage to hinge. So why am I writing a 5 star review? Because their entire sales team is top notch. From Sarven to Ysabella to Berenice, they left no stone unturned to get the fridge fixed the very next day. Guillermo Franco, who is their GM, actually drove to my house to assess the problem and was on the floor trying to look at the hinge.This was majorly impressive and if I could give them 6 stars, I would - with full kudos to Mr. Franco and his team. #JustAwesome"

"I was recently recommended to Pacific Sales Kitchen and Home - Burbank. Not only did they have the faucet and kitchen hardware that I was looking for, but I found the perfect fireclay undermount sink. Joanna was the best! She is highly competent, very knowledgeable with their different brands, helpful and super friendly. She helped me choose the best products within my budget without compromising too much on the aesthetics. She made my shopping experience much smoother and easier. This place has a big selection of the best brands and excellent quality, friendly staff. I will definitely come back for my next home project."

"Berenice went above and beyond! She helped me find the best appliances (at the best price) for outfitting my new guesthouse. Her attitude, knowledge, and courtesy made the process easy. When I had a problem with one of the appliances, she and Guillermo contacted the manufacturer on my behlaf and followed up regarding resolving my problem. That said, I still haven't heard back from LG though they asked Pacific Sales 2x for the same info (model & serial #) and then me for that same information. Frustrating not to hear back from them as the appliance is brand new but nice to have Berenice on my team!"

We have been customers of this Pacific Sales location for over 15 years and cannot say enough great things about the service, selection, etc. We have built two homes and have purchased all appliances, hardware, toilets, sinks, etc. from here.
