"The rolls are pretty good. Nice size and interesting toppings. The wings are kinda small, but have good flavor. Hamachi Kama was was probably my favorite - crispy skin and perfectly grilled. The chirashi bowl was decent but not wow - sashimi slices are not generous but passable."

"Went for a midday lunch by myself. I sat outside on the patio. It was clean and spacious. Very relaxing atmosphere. I tried some miso soup and sunomono and both were delicious. I tried two lunch rolls, a Sheldon and a Hot Mama roll. Both were delicious and sliced well not too big not too small. Affordable too at $13 a roll. They served it with a large portion of wasabi and ginger which I really enjoyed because I always ask for extra. They have a clean and spacious indoors as well with what appeared to be a very well stocked bar. The waitstaff was polite and timely. I can’t wait to check out the vibe during the evening."

"Umai Bar and Grill had a nice environment. They had the NFL Game on so that was nice. We tried the bacon wrapped scallops and those were delicious. The sashimi mix was excellent. The fish came out with perfectly placed garnish. One piece of fish did have a small bone that in it. When we brought it up to the server they quickly acknowledged it and made a price reduction for the mishap. The green tea fried ice cream was next level awesome. I can see us coming back here again for another date night;)"

"My 2nd time being here, 1st time the grand opening back in 2017 I believe, food quality is exceptional as always, service was amazing all applause to the staff. Great experience with bar table, high chair table, party table, lots of private parking."
