"I ordered the nachos here and they came out terrible. I never come to this location as I go to the E Stockton Blvd location frequently and I never have any issues there. The cheese was not melted/cooked and just tossed in the plate. I didn’t know nachos were just walmart cheese put on some stale tortilla chips and just covered in oil with a pile of ingredients that don’t even taste good. I asked for a remake and it came out even worse with just a pile of cheese on top, again not cooked. Terrible service, this location needs to be shut down or reevaluated. Not the first time they got orders wrong and just completely mess everything up."
"Being told my torta will take 10 minutes and then people who ordered after me got theirs before mine. All to find out once I’m home that my whole order was in correct. As for the cook, he should wipe his nose away from the food. The food is good but the wait is crazy and there’s no reason my order should be wrong when I only got 1 thing. I could understand if I had a huge order."
"Waited 25 mins for a Burrito that was incorrect and charged me for shrimp that wasn't even on the messed up food. Called and was sent a link for pick up or delivery. Went the next day to speak to someone about the issue. Instead of trying to make it right by your customer (who was not looking for free food but just wanted an explanation of why it was screwed up). Instead, I was told I was wrong bc I didn't call the # the link was sent from. Even if that is the case, a customer comes in and complains about service you don't ignore it and blame the customer. You resolve the issue like a smart business would do and move on. Now, they get a crappy review."
"I love Tequileros Taqueria! It's awesome they've opened another location. I'd recommend placing an online order as it's always ready by pick-up time. Their portions are generous and the flavors are so delicious. Highly recommend the Tacos Tequileros with carne asada or birria!"
