"This spot is good. Pho is good. Not the best I’ve had in town but consistent. The service does a good job but for the most part are non existent. They take your order, food comes pretty quick but that’s about all the interaction you get. The atmosphere is good. Pretty clean. The shrimp spring roll sauce is wonderful. Ive never had that before and it was great, usually it’s a peanut sauce. I’d check this place out with confidence."
"I really wanted to like this place but was disappointed. Nobody greeted us upon entering the restaurant. The waiter took very long to come take our order-around 10 minutes, we almost got up to leave. When the food arrived, it was good. However, no one checked in on us for refills. We were not given any napkins, straws or eating utensils. The servers were not friendly and ignored us even when we were polite and thanked them for our food, we still got no response back. Not sure if this is a family establishment or what but they need major customer service skills. Will not be returning."
"Drove 2 hrs from San Ramon to try this restaurant recommended by a friend. The food was worth the drive time. The House Special is the best way to enjoy the food. They provide all the various veg, meat and other fillings and sauces and you make your own Vietnamese spring rolls out of them. It was also quite reasonable. We also tried other dishes and they were all very good."
"Waited forever for our food while there was only 2 other parties in the restaurant and they already have their food. I got the pho with everything. The taste was ok, but there wasn’t much in the bowl for $15.50! And then they can’t even brought out the correct vegetables for the dish. See photos below. The wife got the vermicelli which was just awful. No flavor/taste. She asked for a 2nd sauce which did nothing to it. I would NEVER return. Don’t say I didn’t warn you."
"my first time having vietnamese food: it was so good! the servers were very kind and gave good recommendations. our food came out quickly but it definitely wasn't rushed. everything was super tasty and satisfying. honestly one of the best meals i've had in the past few weeks. this place is getting a top spot in my weekly dine-out rotation!!"
