"Semi busy morning that increased in traffic as we ate. We sat down, and our server was attentive at first, coming by often to check on us for orders and drinks. After the orders and drinks, we only saw her when she delivered food or the bill. All the orders came out at different times. All the orders were wrong and some charged wrong. Pancakes were like cardboard, they were also somehow extremely crumbly as well. One member of my party ate half of one pancake and didn't finish. When my order finally came out, it didn't have everything, and they said they were cooking the rest of it. When 'the rest of it' came out, it was burnt and super crispy. Ordered sourdough toast. Got one packet of strawberry jam with 4 pieces of UNBUTTERED toast. Almost as dry as the pancakes. Tried the Cinnamon bites desert when i ordered everything else. One of them had cinnamon on it. Others were Plain. Never saw the waitress to inform her of the problems. Ate the food anyway because we were hungry and good luck getting to talk to someone. I don't know if I ever want to go to an IHOP anywhere again the whole experience was that bad."
"We went for breakfast and it was very delicious. I had the spinach and mushroom omelet and hash browns. My friend had two eggs over easy, bacon, and one pancake. Everything was cooked perfectly. Our server was an older gentleman who was very friendly and efficient. We will definitely go back."
"Management should be ashamed of themselves. If you can't pay your employees a living wage, you don't deserve to keep your doors open and are a failed business. Lying to customers to guilt them into tipping more is deplorable and pathetic."
"I had the most wonderful waitress there. She was patient. She was kind and helped us with our order. Explains everything in great detail. She was able to get all food m able to receive our appetizers and then our lunches, and dessert. I enjoy the patience and kindness that I receive there and I would say yes this is worth it."
"Was not busy but the waitress/server didn’t tend to us. Didn’t refill drinks, nor bring creamer for coffee. We felt very ignored since the restaurant was practically empty. Food was okay. Asked for to-go boxes but wasn’t given a bag. Perhaps she was new or having a bad day?"
